Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins

Collins continues to amaze me. Usually second installments tend to fizzle, but the suspense is ever-present in the second Hunger Games novel.

I'm ever amazed by Collins' extensive imagination and twists of story lines. This is a story that keeps you wanting more as soon as you satisfy many previous questions. You fall in love or hate with the characters exactly how the author intends, sometimes begrudgingly.

I will save some for the last book, but basically I read both of them cover to cover every second I could after purchasing. Own this series. Cherish it. Haters of popular series can go find some hipster novella, I'll keep Collins on my shelf!
